How should I quit smoking tobacco? This was the question put up by my best friend to me. He was a heavy smoker and he wants to quit smoking. He was in very much depression when his wife warned him to leave him if he wouldn't leave smoking. "I am not able to gave up smoking as I am surrounded by chain smokers. Whenever I want to give up I come across with these peoples and they force me to do this which n turn I start smoking.
