Announcing the W3P “Save the Human Race” Convention, Portland, Oregon July 2009 To coincide with the G8 World Leadership meeting, the World Peace Political Party (W3P.info) will have its annual convention near Portland Oregon July 2010. The theme of this year’s convention is “Save the Human Race”. There will be speaker sessions followed by smaller workshops focusing on the world economy; poverty, hunger, and diseases; the environment and globe climate changes; war and terrorism; and the proposal for the creation of the Untied Free Nations Organization (UFNO.org) Yes, Wars Are For Real but for How Long? I was recently forwarded an article entitled “This War Is For Real”. In it are the arguments, written in 2005, for the USA, Great Britain, and the other allied nation’s involvement in the war in Iraq. My article herein is a response to that “This War Is For Real” article where I have labeled the actions of the USA, GB, and etc as the acts of an outlaw vigilante posse! This is because, while I agree that terrorism is a form of war, that wars are indeed real, and both that should be stopped.. MORE We Nine Oversee the World! The title of this article is a pretense use of the word “Oversee the World” as the proposed United Free Nations Organization has not yet been adopted. The context of this article exams part of this proposal and will probably be subjected to many changes and much International discussions. A message has been directed to world leaders attending the G8 annual convention in Italy this coming July 2009. Hopefully these leaders will finally address the topic of World Peace Thru World Law as ... MORE Can You Think Outside The Nationalism Box? We are taught in school to color inside the lines. To mark, check, and punch inside the box. We are also instructed as to what is right and what are the wrong types of behavior. Indeed we are punished or at least criticized if we color over the lines; mark, check, or punch outside the box... More I too have a dream… I dream of a World Without War... As acting chairperson of the World Peace Political Party, I get a large number of emails regarding W3P and the United Free Nations Organization proposal. More than half these emails are full of negative, unfounded assumptions, with no alternative suggestions, and usually are very poorly written responses. Here is a copy of one of these negative emails with the anonymous sender’s unedited comments proceeded with a “Q:” (For Question) followed by my point by point “R:” (response ): No More Heroes! (Life is not forever) We have been subjected to action movies and TV shows our whole lives. We see the one hero coming to town, literally sweeping the only beautiful (leading) lady in town off her feet, then the hero gets plummeted by the bad guys, recovers, comes back to take out all the bad guys, then goes off into the sunset (leaving the lady behind). An Open Letter to the Leaders of the Nations Attending the G8 Conference, July 2009 Our national leaders, least some of the leaders of a few of the nations of the world, are going to meet again at the annual G8 convention, this year in Italy and in July of 2009. There can be no peace on Earth until there are worldwide laws against war and terrorism. And not just worldwide laws against war but also a world police force capable of enforcing those laws! The G8 agenda's “initiatives” about economy, energy, and the climate are very worthy contemporary... more WANTED: A Lot Of Good People! WANTED: A Lot Of Good People! The United States Marines wants a “Few Good Men”. Why? To honor, protect, and serve the interests of the United States of America. The purpose of this article is not to destroy the USA but to downgrade its role as one of the primary aggressors against International terrorism and war by promoting, upgrading, updating, and reassigning this role to a new United Free Nations Organization (UFNO)! And at the beginning of the invasion of Iraq, primarily by the United States and Great Britain, the slogan was “Support Our Troops!”. I would like to talk now about these two slogans in this article. Good Morning! It is like me to wait up in the middle of the night needing to go to the bathroom then checking the email on my computer. However now that I am awake, I keep thinking about one of my computer clients who has had two recent (over a couple years) hard disk failures. While not total disasters because he has done the necessary frequent backups of his important data?
