Back In The Saddle After A Special Assignment I’ve been out of town, and far off the beaten path for a couple of weeks. About all I can say about where I was is that it was hot…and very dry. About the only time I saw any water it was in a bottle, and when I got to clean up, which was about every five days. You haven’t smelled anything like Kahuna funk after five days in the heat…and you don’t want to. The only saving grace was that there were guys who actually smelled worse than me…although that is pretty hard to imagine. The Obamessiah Knows Best I haven’t written about the worst President in American history in quite some time, and it’s time to put the gloves on and take a few swings at the most dangerous man to ever to occupy the Oval Office. I’m not talking about Jimmy Carter here, though he held the title until 2008. It's Raining Bad News On The Democrats In Washington This morning I have been reading the several newspapers I diligently peruse every morning, or sometime during the day. The Only Thing Missing Was Howard Cosell Last night as I sat in my Lazyboy recliner and watched the results of the Taxachusetts special election I thought back to a time many moons ago, when the the mellifluous voice of the long dead Howard Cosell called out to tens of millions across the globe, “Down Goes Frazier! Down Goes Frazier! Down Goes Frazier!”
