How stress can broken our happiness?
It is wonderful moment if we can reside among family. It is essential to have more time with them, but many of us have difficulties to get this wonderful moment because we need to go to work. Our time at the office already steal that moment and seriously can increase stress in our life. Then, it is good idea to make a time to obtain happier life with family. Perhaps, we can only spend a short time. Don't be afraid. We can spend at least one hour with family.

If we seen people around us we used to have a hard word to support our life and family. But when we start sitting down at our office chair, we forget our reason to get a job. They are no longer working for their family, but to fulfill their career ambition.
On this moment we should think once again. I have friend that have good career. Her office sent her many times to overseas. I really salute for what she have achieved for her career however her family condition is not really good.
For that reason we should to reconsider once again about our future. If we work for our family, why we should destroy our own family because of hard work we did on the office? So, we need to keep in mind about our first reason to get the job to support family.
When you are ready to build great family, then need to do some step to strengthen your family bond. I can give some of example how you will increase your family relationship.
1. Use SMS or Phone - You can use sms or phone to know your family condition and tell them that you love them. Actually this is only to open dialog with your family. It is recommended to always keep up with family and don't lose it. It can break your relationship. Communicating with phone or SMS can be useful to contact your family. For busy people like you, this technology really handy. You still can call your family for about 5 minutes.
2. Show Appreciation - You need to show Appreciation to show them your love. Show appreciation also can increase love between you and you family members. This will make you feel close to them and your relationship will get better. If you never appreciate your family, you and your family will sense emptiness. Therefore you should show them how much you care and take an action quickly. Don't delay to show appreciation until tomorrow.
3. Give Flower - Give flower also can increase love and care to your family especially your wife. People love fresh flowers. I also sometimes give flower to my wife. Flower is the best gift in the world. You can put those flowers in a vase and put in your family room to give fresh air and your will thanks for what you give to them. So start to give them flower to give love and show how you feel to your family.
4. Eat Together - You can enchant your contact with your family during dinner. Although it is not good have a chat while eating, you still can talk to your family member a little. In this moment you can connect and get greater feeling. This is also your chance to know the condition about each individual of your family members. In here you can share what actually in your mind.
5. Watch Film Together - Watch film together is an activity that can be enjoyed by whole family. I like to watch film together with family. It feels different compared with watch movie alone. When you watch movie together you will see the reaction of your family. You will see them laughing, you will see them smiling or you will see they get surprise. While the movie story goes, you can share with your kids or wife what you though.
6. Family holiday - family holiday could one of the best to have fun with your family. Maybe for some of us family holiday will become the passion and dream of us as a parent. This is the unforgettable moment that can be remembered for all time. However, family holiday is not always cheap. In fact, it can be so much expensive. I think we don't need always have expensive holiday. I do sometimes go to beach with my wife to enjoy our life together. You can spend less money if you choose your family holiday on beach. Maybe if in your area you cannot find beach, you can go to park near you. Playing in park also fun enough, as long as you doing together with family.
Those 6 methods I told you above is example how you can bound your family together. Actually they are a lot of ways to do that. Of course your ideas should be able to tighter your family bond. If you only have very short time, you still can give quality time to your family.
It could be bad if you some of us said they don't have time with family. We can see for many years in the past. You will found many families doing thing together like having BBQ or having dinner together. Do you notice that kind of thing recently?
These days, we all are busy to have a title on our career. We do hardwork to finish our job at office. Sometimes we do it more than 8 hours a day. That's the reason why most of us cannot have fun with family.
A number of people will choose to give money to show their love to family. To make it simpler, they purchase a console game such as Play Station, Xbox or Nintendo. We expect that our children can play by themselves. In my point of view, It would be more enjoyable if play console game with all family. One of the great ways that our family can enjoy. it is similar like you have a holiday with your family. However, in this matter you have holiday at home. More than that, you can save your money from paying more on gasoline.
If you want to solve this kind of problem, you should make a plan to unite your family as one. If you don't make a plan, your family will not be united.
Sometimes one of your family cannot come to have a dinner because he or she want to go out with some friends or we as parent still busy working overtime to finish our job. So it is crucial to create a schedule. It doesn't matter how short it is.
When you already have schedule, every family mambers should have commitment to make it happen. Parent need to stop working and hurry back to home to enjoy dinner together. For the children, they can choose when is the right time to have a dinner with family or go out with their friend. In this matter, the parent should become an example for their children.
You don't need to make sudden change. Change it little by little. If you have no time to enjoy dinner with family, you may create a plan to have a family holiday. You can set a time whenever you like. If the money is your problem. You still can have fun at home, for example you can watch movie or play a game just like I told you before. Spend time with family can increase our love to them.
In final word, there are so many ways you can do to strengthen your family relationship. You may choose which method you like as long as you can continue to communicate with your family. You will not achieve the goal you want if all of your family doesn't have a commitment.
