The battery seems to hold a charge for 2+ hours. It works beautifully for basic use ( faculty, work, skimming the web, for instance. ). I've had completely no difficulty with mine, and would highly advocate this product to everyday users. I've seen two bad reviews simply because users purchased this PC with the objective to make it their "gaming" computer, and then were disappointed with the result. If you really wish to have a gaming PC, you possibly should not be taking a look at transportables in the initial place.
