Stored water increases your body weight. However, by drinking sufficient water, you send signals to your body that water need not be stored. So you can lose weight quickly.

- You should stop eating junk foods, processed foods and oily and spicy foods. They do not supply any nutrition to your body but increase your weight. So you must shift your diet to more nutritious fiber diets like vegetables, including fresh leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. These supply a lot of fiber, vitamins and minerals to your body but do not increase your weight. They give you the fullness of the stomach, and hence you will not over-eat also. Fiber diets, combined with wholesome grains and beans, will help you get rid of constipation. So you can have a light stomach throughout the day, thus helping you to lose weight quickly.
