“I am capable to do this job and I willing do this job” basically it means that you have the attributes and capability to carry out the job responsibilities 100% and that you are essentially eagerly and willing to complete those duties. This phrase is something that you must remember when crafting your resume and cover letter and going to an interview. When creating your résumé and cover letter keep that motto in mind and let your commitment shine through in your writing. This can be a bit harder to do in a résumé. The perfect place to highlight your skills and years of experience is in a profile paragraph directly below your contact information and job title. Briefly indicate which attributes you possess that are desired by the decision maker. Also include a sentence or two describing your dedication to helping the company/organization/school district achieve its goals and philosophy.

Given that a cover letter provides a job seeker a beneficial opportunity to let his or her personality stand out through, this is the opportunity to also emphasize your talent and dedication to doing the job right. As with the résumé outline paragraph mentioned above, showcase all of your associated core competencies sets, education, years of experience, and past duties included in the job ad or description. Make certain that you in fact do have the detailed qualities before putting them on paper. Even if you do not have totally everything they are looking for, you can stress what you do have instead. Constantly make sure that what you put in your documents is the truth. If an impending employer asks you about credentials or prior jobs be able to back up what you have written.

Now that you have secured an interview, it is crucial to still keep this slogan in mind. A probable employer has by now narrowed down the list of candidates who meet the job requirements. What will make you stand above the rest is your desire to do the job and do it well. Make sure you communicate your enthusiasm about past positions held and this future, sought-after career. A hiring company wants to know that the person they hire is committed, energetic, passionate, eager, and will not tire of the job. At the end of the interview if you so choose, you can even actually say the words “I can do this job and I will do this job”.

After going to an interview it is crucial that you send a thank you letter to the hiring organization. As mentioned previously, provide a list of bullet points outlining why you are able to do the job, with points at the end demonstrating that you are eager to do the job. Let your passion and enthusiasm be clearly conveyed in this last, and possible deal-sealing document. Furthermore, as with in the interview, there is nothing wrong with actually writing the words “I can do this job and I will do this job”.
