An employee starts feeling depressed and his or her behavior changes that his or her co-workers might observe. As studies suggest, having a social support group in the company's workplace health program is a great idea.

In conclusion any form of harassment, whether emotional, verbal or sexual can be solved by simply adhering to a zero-tolerance policy. A workplace that is more sociable and fun can help eliminate the feelings of stress and burnout among their employees. It will be very important for companies who would like to have low turnover rates and higher workplace health cost savings to make sure that these simple measure are put into practice in the office.
