Arthritis is an important concern as we get older, but we should also be aware that many younger people are also experiencing arthritis nowadays. A group of doctors, nutritionist and dieticians believe that this is caused by the fact that a lot of people don't get the right nutrition to have healthy bones. What Changed? Our diet is what has changed. Families before used to cook and eat meals with a healthy and balanced diet, long before fast food restaurants became well-known. Minerals and nutrients in fresh fruits and vegetables were common place before canned goods, frozen meals and fast foods. And it was very usual to see a 90 year old strolling around and still doing some chores. But that was long before diabetes and heart disease became rampant.

Scientists established that illnesses like osteoporosis, arthritis, and weakening of joints and bones can be delayed with the right amount of natural compounds. Even if you are experiencing the effects of aging, the delay can be felt. Doctors believe that through proper nutrition, we can improve joint flexibility, stimulate the growth of cartilage and lessen joint pain.

Glucosamine is a natural compound that develops essential cartilage building blocks such as glycosaminoglycan and proteoglycans. Methyl Sulfonyl Methane or MSM, also use to assist and boost the health of joints. Another essential to bones and joints are Vitamin C and K1 along with Ipriflavone that increases bone density.
