Salt Lake City, Utah - Motivational speaker, owner and co-founder of Trivani International, Leslie DeeAnn (Dee) uplifted the female business leaders and registrants at the Women's Information Network Be the Change event this past April with an inspirational presentation that encouraged women to be strong in times of adversity. The convention took place at the Westin Los Angeles Airport Hotel on 5400 West Century Blvd, California. Leslie DeeAnn's presentation featured her unique personal life story, and encouraged the crowd to overcome adversity and use it as a tool for success.

Leslie DeeAnn highlighted many key moments in her life from her darkest moments to her successful chemical company and her newest business venture, Trivani International. As a teenager and young adult, Leslie DeeAnn had severe acne and had to withstand bullying and ridicule throughout her school years because of it. As a grown woman, after selling her successful chemical company, Dee started a new company that provided consumers with a healthy alternative to common, store-bought cosmetics and personal care products which frequently contain carcinogens and other potentially toxic pollutants that can actually harm the skin rather than help it.

There had to be someone gutsy enough to go up against the big boys! Leslie DeeAnn stated in a recent interview, referring to big cosmetic companies. They don't like me, because I tell the truth.

The truth that Dee spoke about was the harmful chemicals in everyday products. She noted in her presentation, that after using personal care products lotions, and cosmetics, the average woman exposes herself to over a hundred unique chemical ingredients a day, including known toxins like oxybenzone, sodium lauryl sulphate, and triclosan.
Dee has created a company, Trivani International, whose products adheres strictly to a Do No Harm philosophy which guarantees that they contain no known harmful ingredients and cause no known harmful interactions Trivani's products are also environmentally friendly and are never tested on animals.

Leslie DeeAnn has also created the Trivani Foundation a non-profit organization dedicated to relieving the sick and impoverished and helping villages develop into successful, self-sustaining communities. The foundation focuses on health, education, economic opportunity, culture and environment What we've been able to do in two years is phenomenal, especially for the women! Dee said in her presentation.
After having received the honor of being the first woman featured on the cover of Tycoon Magazine in 2000, Dee quickly became an inspiration to business women throughout the country.

During the Womens Information Network conference, Dee left the crowd not only inspired, but eager and motivated to perform. Her message proved to the audience that anyone anywhere can overcome perceived limitations and achieve their dream while helping others.
