Chronic Fatigue is extreme body tiredness that at its worst can last for months and months. The condition usually has 4 symptoms. People how have this condition may have damaged flakey memory, or have problems concentrating. They will also feel considerable muscle pain, migranes, trouble sleeping, malaise are irratble throat.

Fibromyalgia though is a syndrome which inflicts tender pain on sentitive areas of the body. People who have it will probably not be able to sleep well and will constantly be tired. This condition is caused when the immune or hypothalamus system is not functioning correctly. Also the lack of certain body nutrients can also act as a catalyst to the disease. Fibromyalgia is a gradual process spanning several years, which is why the disease is very difficult to diagnose.

Both these ailments need medical attention, as they may occur in different levels of severity. And in reality, they are difficult to diagnose. Currently, there are no definite laboratory tests to confirm them. That's why most of the doctors consider an all-inclusive approach to the disease, including the use of alternative medicines. Most of the time, it is up to the patient to determine which medication does them better.

The treatment of chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia should be carried out on the first signs of the disease. For starters, a highly nutritious diet should be in order. The energy required of a person with chronic fatigue/fibromyalgia is found on foods rich in Vitamin B or in several supplement capsules that are available at most drug stores.

Another way to relieve fatigue is by getting enough peaceful sleep. People with chronic fatigue/fibromyalgia have difficulty sleeping. And even if they do get to sleep, it is not as refreshing as it should be.

It appears that it is usually triggered by some kind of trauma, such as a car accident, a viral infection or an operation, although some cases develop without any obvious trigger.

Researchers are still investigating the actual cause of fibromyalgia.

However, scientists have suggested a deficiency in levels of the brain chemical serotonin, which helps deliver messages between cells in the brain.

This can lead to a problem in the way the brain processes messages about pain, meaning people feel pain where others might experience a slight ache or stiffness.

And finally the pain that is inflicted on your torso has to be tended to. This is done by taking the medicines or alternative therapy in the form of drugs or herbs. Your doctor will make a reccomendation. You may need to experiment with different combinations of drugs and therapies to discover which one suits you best, but make sure whatever you do is signed of as ok by your docter first.
