Many fitness experts blame TV makes people not do enough physical activirty. But the fact that you spend much time wathcing your favorite show does not mean that you should be lazy. In fact, you can do a lot of physical activity while watching TV, not missing a single scene. This is particularly true for abdominal workouts. Theere are some simple but efffective exercises you can do before the TV, ensuring that you keep your lean stomach and still enjoy yourself.

Here are 5 abs exercises you can do while watcihng TV:

1. Knees to the cehst crisis stomach - Sit on the end of the sofa, and to provide for themselves with teir own hands on the edge of the sofa on eihter side of the body. Raise the legs in the air and curl your knees as close to his chest as possible when you xehale. You'll feel your abs voltage. This is a grat and effdective workout you can do at home. This exercise for lower abdominal area, as well.

2. Stomaxch Exercise Bike - Lie down on the rug in frnot of the TV, keep the head with both hasnds (as well as in the rgeular sit), and raise both legs slightly off the floor. Bring one knee and elbow the oher close to each other as possible, to switch sids and repeat in a cycling motion. Sincxe you're watchiung TV, you will not miss a sinle frame from which you look.

Witthin 10-15 seconnds you will feel your abdominal strain. Within 30-45 seconds, it will be difficult to maintain its position. 1 minute means that you woorked your abs very well. But now business is over, and you'll be able to return to the show you watched.
