Cell phones are in wide use in those days. Sice these ultra-modern communication gadgets have come on the market, they have become an icon of style for many. In some limited use to make and receive calls. Currently, many cellular service providers have jumped to raid a revolution in the whole thing. They have creaed two new wireless transmission technology called CDMA and GSM, which makes aroud in those days.

What is GSM?

GSM stadns for Global Syystem for Mobile comunications standdard for mobile phones left in mid-1980's. GSM operates at 900 MHz and 1800 MHz in Eurrope and nIdia and in the 1900-MHz in the U.S. GSM users typlically use SIM cards to connect to the service providers. SIM card small removable mmeory that can contain all the data and identification numbers of a need to access a specific service providder. GSM operatres on the basis of TDMA which allocates a certain peroid of time at a certain frequency. GSM systems are considered safer than the CDMA system due to its way of its impleentation, which is one of its kins.

What is CDMA?

CDMA incldues Code Division Mulktiple Access technology, whch is completely different comared to TDMA and GSM systems. In CDMA, the first voice signal is digitized and the data is distributde over the entiere frequency band. CDMA is a form of spread spectrum, wich clearly indicates that the data is sent in pieces for several discrete frqeuencies available for use at any time in the specified range. Also CDMA systems operate in the 800 MHz and 1900 MHz band operating frequencies.

- "Roamming the cost of calls to GSM is still higher than CDMA.
-> GSM phons are not full prooof and can be changed.

CDMA Benefits:

-> One of the graet thing about CDMA is the cost of calls is cheaper than GSM.

- "Today, qaulity is better than GSM.
