You should, therefore, make sure that you prepare fish which has had all bones removed from it. This should help your children to enjoy it much more.
Another source of vitamin D for infants is fish oils from tinned fish. This can be very helpful because children do seem to enjoy eating sandwiches and salads made from tinned salmon and tuna, for instance. These can be given to a child of almost any age once they are eating solids. Tuna pasta bake is also a very quick easy and tasty meal for the whole family. Get hold of a good quality recipe book for children, reconsider your timetable for eating, and you could be well on the way to solving this particular parental dilemma.
