The timeshare industry is continuously growing even if current financial crisis being experienced all over the world. Although the process is no longer new, still people who are involved in timesharing business are still very aggressive to have more processes and clearer system for the said business strategy. Timeshares on the other hand is very beneficial not just to the individual or the owner of the property but also for the property itself because while the owner is already enjoying his share of the property by a scheduled use of it, the property is also made to a good use and not just left bare. It should be remembered that a good property is the one that is used by customers and can generate money from that use.

Benefits of the timeshare for the individual include having a luxurious vacation with family and friends. He can also give this right to use of the hotel and resort to another individual as a gift. Other than this, if the owner cannot use his share because of a very hectic schedule, he may opt to sell this to another individual who is also interested in the said business. This as a whole makes the business flexible both to the owner and the property. This is the reason why the system of timesharing is now being adopted by many hoteliers and groups of hotel owners.
