Two Usual Foods That May be Making You Gain Weight and Get Sick

Let's take a look at a couple common foods that are probably in your diet plan in large varity and can be creating main complications such as weight grow, head aches, sicknesses, indigestion, etc, etc... and those possible culprits are: Wheat and Dairy.

Wheat and dairy are easily 2 of the main intolerances that a big number of the population has.

Most people do not realize this, but a large percentage of the population has at least certain amount of intolerance to the gluten in wheat and some other grains. The biggest offender is wheat though, as it's in such a big percent of the usual western diet... from breads, to pastas, to bagels, to cakes, wraps, cereals, etc, etc.

Most people don't have the level of intolerance that a celiac has, but most people feel much better, improve all sorts of health problems, and also lose fat faster while they remove wheat from their diet.

As stated by Mike Geary - the Certified Nutrition Specialist, he had a client told him that when she removed wheat from her diet plan, her chronic head aches gone nearly directly... these are severe headaches she's been having for time, and after removing wheat from her diet plan, they are gone (along with some body fats that she lost as well!).

At this time with as anti-wheat as I am, I'm in fact a big fanatic of dairy... However, Simply if the dairy is raw milk or raw cheese and from grass-fed cows.
Did you know that a lot of people who "believe" they are lactose intolerant actually can drink raw milk without a problem? These is because the live enzymes and responsive micro organism in raw milk aid in the digestion of the lactose and the proteins in milk. This enzymes and welcoming bacteria are destroyed in pasteurized milk, that creates it more difficult to digest for many people.

People are more likely to get sick from pasteurized milk, since mass factory farms are usually dirtier operations with animals that are in poorer physical condition than grass-fed raw milk farms.

Back from the beginning... I feel this elimination of wheat and (pasteurized) dairy is one of the most important exams anyone can easily do to notice if wheat and dairy are negatively disturbing them. After all, it's only only two weeks to test yourself!
