But with the series now at 2-3, and the Boston Celtics just one game away from taking the NBA Finals title, the Lakers' chances are looking more and more gloomy.

The Los Angeles Lakers have been a decent squad as an underdog. Before past Tuesday's game they were 4-1 ATS in their past 5 playoff matches as an underdog. On the other hand in basketball finals wagering, the Boston Celtics have been a solid favorite lately. Before past Tuesday's action they were 6-2 ATS in their past 8 matches as a favorite. This series between the Los Angeles Lakers and Celtics has gone to the underdog with regards to the pointspread by and large. The road squad has also done well in the series.
