I'm sure like many people, I got into investing to make money. Not just a little money, gobs of money. When I got involved with investing I wanted to create a better situation for myself and my loved ones.
Actually, that's only sort of true. What I really wanted was a feeling of control. Freedom from worrying about truck payments, mortgage payments, credit card payments, I'm probably preaching to the choir about this. I felt like I was buried in a slop of bills and I wanted to be free from it all!

I like quality things. Doesn't everybody? I want to build a nice house, drive a exotic car (or 4 or 5 of them), have nice things. Not to show off or brag, not because I need them, because I want them.
I want to be able to help people without thinking about whether or not I can afford to. The reality is, we can always afford to help someone in need, but a lot more money can do a lot more good.
Bottom line, I wanted to be able to make decisions without thinking about the money.
The Foreign Exchange
When it comes to talking about A LOT of money, the Foreign Exchange currency market or Forex is a good place to start.
