5. Develop Others Into Leaders- Too many home business entrepreneurs focus more at selling people on the company, the products and the compensation plan. What they fail to realize is people want leadership, someone they can trust. We are in the people business. Our responsibility is to develop then into leaders. Work with them and develop them into leaders. With a well developed team of leaders, the money will flood in. People will irresistably be attracted to you.
