If you will reduce the daily portion of carbohydrates, especially the white ones (white bread, potatoes, etc) and if you eat more weak proteins (chicken and fish), you will lose pounds pretty fast. Don’t remove them completely, as your body needs them too. Eat fiber carbohydrates such as blueberry, strawberry and raspberry. Even apples might be good for you, if they won’t give you an acidic stomach.

Step 2: don’t eat processed food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, and cereals. Usually people will eat junk food only because it is easy to prepare but there are many delicious food items that would help you with your diet also.

Step 3: reduce the sugar. Don’t drink too much juice, and if you can’t stop drinking coffee, at least try to drink it without sugar. In certain juices, the concentration of sugar is very high and these liquids will not help you to lose your hunger. You should also keep away from the “non fat” products, as the sugar is used to extract the fats.

Step 4: drink water. It will help you to reduce the appetite and only 8 glasses a day will help the weight loss process substantially. On the other hand, if you don’t drink enough water your body will accumulate extra fat. A simple method to find out how much water you would need a day, you will have to multiply your body weight with 0.37.
