Three Natural Beauty Remedies that Get Rib of Dark Circles Under Eyes

How often do you work extreme overtime? Did you stay up late last night? These days, everyone is so busy with their life. Along with contemporary lifestyle like eating too much snack food and lacking of exercises, more than 88% of us have different kinds of face problems like acne, wrinkles and dark circles under eyes. Do you have such annoying problems? The dark circles or so-called “raccoon eyes” has become one of the most common skin problems that affects many of us.

There are a lot of reasons that may cause dark circles under eyes. The primary reasons are lacking of quality bedtime, and using too much time in front of the computer screen. Other major causes of eye circles include heredity, inadequate nutrients, hormonal imbalance during menstruation, pregnancy and menopause, exposure to sunlight for a long time, aging, diseases such as Eczema, Asthma and Allergies,

Here we provide three workable remedies to fade the dark circles under eyes.

Egg and Silver Ring :

Boil an egg and peel it. Wrap the egg and a silver ring in a thin towel. Massage softly at the dark eye areas with the towel ball, 3~5 minutes on each eye. Massage and heat treatment can speed up blood circulation around the eyes, while egg and silver have sound effects on dispersing blood stasis. Note, if you don’t have a silver ring, you can find a silver quarter coin or other small silverwares as a replacement.

Lotus root and water chestnuts :

Rinse both Water Chestnuts and Lotus Root, and then peel both of them. Cut them into small pieces, mix them with two cups of water in a juice machine. Blend well and filter the juice into a container. Apply the dregs to your eyes for 10 minutes before going to sleep. At the same time, drink the delicious juice. Do this everyday and the dark circles should gradually fade away in two weeks.

Apple and Used Red Tea Bag :

Chop the apple. Put the slices to the dark eye areas for about 15 minutes, twice a day. Within 3 to 4 days, you will see a much lighter eye circles or even see them totally fade away. You can also achieve this with a used red tea bag. Let the tea bag dry first, and then wash it with cold water. Put the bag into the dark eye area for 5 minutes. Do these several days, and the dark circle will be gone in a few days.
