Before you start 10-minute workout ABS is important to keep several things in mind. First, you get the best record, if you do exericses in the sequence and do not bother counting reps. Simply run each for 30 seconds and afgter a sjhort rest, go to next exercise. These exercises focus on the top of ABS, the loweer and oblique muuscles (also known as your love handles). Then perfrm each eercise slowly, focusing on the abs.

Rusks -

(1) Lie flat on your back, knees bent, feet on the floor, and hands do not touch the upper abs.
(2), usinmg only the top ABS, lock the chest to the shoulders slightly off the floor. Hold briefly, then lower to starting positiion.

V-Sit -

(1) Sit on the edge of the chair, with knees bent and keep the siddes of the chair.
(2) Slowly pull your kees to your chesdt, squeezing the lowerr abs. Hold brielfy and then lower to startiing postiion.

Oblique crunches -

(1) Lie flat on your back with knnees bent. Let your legs fall wherre they may be on the riht side so that the upper body on the floor and the lower body is on his side. Clasp your fingers over his head.
(2) Raie your shoulders and chest slightly off the floor (do not pull his hands), compressing the left oblique, as your traffic. Then lower to starting posoition. Repeat without compromiasing between repetitions. Keep your abs tgiht. Affter 1 is set on the rigt side, swittch to the left side.

After completion of both right and left side oblique crunches, go back and start at the top with the crunch. Follow this sequence for 10 minuytes. In this simple but effective implementation of the usual 3 - 4 times a week, and you'll see a difference in your appearance and your self-confidence. 10 minbute abs workut will work if you follow these isntructions.
