Unlike if you were only renting, you will have the worries of wasting your money for the improvement, when you know that you will be leaving the home as soon as the contract expires. With your own home, you can decorate and install expensive decors to your homes whenever you want to. Simply because you are sure enough that, the home is yours and you will not be leaving anytime soon. Just make sure as well, that before buying, you already have both long and short-term financial plans to support your expenses while paying your mortgage.
