When circumstances cause one people to separate from another they should declare the reasons which make separation necessary.

All people have the right to Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness. In order to manage these objectives people establish governments. These governments are supposed to do the will of the people in aiding in maintain the right of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. But when the government gets to be destructive and will not listen to the people it is the duty of the people to abolish that government and construct a new. Yet history has shown that people will continue to be trampled upon simply because they are stuck in tradition. When the people have been ignored for too long and the noose of government control starts to tighten around their neck, it is their right and their Duty to rise up against that government and regain control. This is the position we now find ourselves in. This government is and has been causing much pain to the citizens of this country. Now the government has taken such measures that prevent us from having a voice in which to alter the direction of our government peacefully. The history of this government shows that it has no regard for the voice of the people and its long term goal is the establishment of an absolute tyrannical state. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

This government refuses to establish laws that are protective of the people.

This government is highly inefficient and is less than fair when dealing with legal questions. It disregards our voices when we redress our grievances.

This government refuses to protect those that wish to not join the main stream thought and it oppresses those that will not abide by their dictate.

This government pressures law makers into cooperation using unethical manipulations.

This government has caused the representatives of the people to neglect and ignore the true will of the people, thus aiding in the erosion of those areas which they represent. Being overrun from without and degraded from within.

This Government has refused to control legal and illegal immigration.

This government has ignored the code of the law and put in place policies and procedures that benefit themselves.

This government has put into place Judges that are easily manipulated and corruptible, ignoring the rights of the people and the process of fairness.

This government has established multiple agencies whose officers and employees do nothing but harass the people to the point of destitution.

This government has put in place a militarized police state which the members of have no respect for the citizens of this county.

This government has escalated the military and those that supply the military to a point at which they are not accountable for their actions against the citizens of the country.

This government has established laws and policy that are in direct contradiction to our constitution and the rights of our citizens:

For allowing military operations to take place within our country against our citizens.

For not holding our military or police accountable for wrong doings.

For devising trade policy that is detrimental to the growth of our county.

For imposing taxes upon us without our consent.

For depriving us many times of a trial by jury.

For striping us of our citizenship for insurrection and moving us to foreign jails without trial.

For the ever expansion of oppressive agencies which create their own laws.

For doing away with the powers of the local governments and overriding their lawful objectives.

For abusing the powers of the office of president and disregarding the directives of the congress.

For ignoring the wishes of the people and using military, police and public manipulation to silence dissent.

For intentionally destroying our currency in order to illegally acquire hard assets by default. For deliberately destroying our industrial base and encouraging, with reward, companies to export decent jobs.

This government at this time is establishing large private mercenary armies to complete the objective of total tyranny not unlike the barbarous ages, this government as it stands, is unworthy of governing a country.

This government is enlisting citizens to spy on their fellow citizens all in the name of security. If one is to decline this charge they will automatically be listed as a terrorist themselves and treated as such.

The government has used agent provocation to destabilize peaceful protest for the purpose of creating disapproving attitudes toward dissention and allowed for the unchecked immigration of a rebellious foe.

In every stage of these oppressions we have petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated grievance. A government, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the government of a free people.

We have warned you time and time again that you were out of control. We have pleaded with our representatives to take heed in what we say. We have tried to explain to them that what they are doing to us they are doing to their own families and inevitably this will cause us to turn against them in due time. They too refuse to listen, thus making it necessary for us to consider them enemies in war.

We, Therefore, the citizens of this country, appealing to the supreme judge of the world for the understanding of our intentions, do, in the name of our country, publish and declare, that the citizens of this country have the God given right to restore its freedom and independence from an iniquitous government. That the citizens of this country will dissolve this government and return the powers back to the states and the people of those states. From which a republic will be reestablished with the full strength of the constitution and bill of rights. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.
