The Best Lead Generation Company On The Internet... It's Not What You Think

Internet marketing is full of myths and half-truths. Myths about some outrageous new marketing tool that will get lots of leads, but in fact only works for the designer because he spent 2 years developing it. Or half-truths about how you can sign up 100 people in the first three days, but you need to have a list of 100,000. It’s the fine print that says “income results not guaranteed” or something such as that.

To be honest, I’m kinda sick of it. I’m tired of hearing about novel great tools that will generate leads and sponsor people for you. Basically, I’m annoyed when people try to substitute working hard and learning the industry with some easy, sit-on-your-butt program or tool that will do everything for you. I’m not knocking on tools that help you succeed, I’m knocking the ones that theoretically do it all for you.

I’ve talked to lots of people in my brief time online that are looking for the “holy grail” of marketing. They believe that there is a mysterious tool or program that can at once solve their problems. They use all of their time searching for a unicorn when they should be learning and mastering the fundamentals of network marketing.

You see, it doesn’t matter how good a program is, it only works for someone who is familiar with how and when to use it and they know how to produce traffic. One of the dumbest myths or half-truths is that a system or program that does all of the lead generation for you can be this “holy grail”. Using these purchased leads is like trying to find the one gold nugget in a mountain. Even if you have a bulldozer, it’s going to take you months and months or even years to find that one gold nugget. Even with the best tools, it will take you too long and cost too much money to sort through through the quantity of leads needed to have success. Leads that you buy from lead generation companies don’t recognize who you are, don’t know your opportunity, and consequently are very, very not likely to be interested in working with you or your business.

Certainly, I do know a very few people that do have success with lead generation companies, but that’s because they not only understand network marketing, but they are unbelievably great at it. Chances are, you and me aren’t master recruiters on the phone, nor master trainers, (you’ll have to use up more time training because when people don’t know you, they are more likely to drop out) nor are we master copywriters that can write a sales page that could sell a lighter to the devil.

What it really comes down to is the best lead generation “company” on the internet is you! People want to work with people, so except you are one of the .1% that are skilled and talented enough to use bought leads, you have to get your name out there, and get people familiar with who you are. The people that you’ve heard the most about are probably making the most money.

Do yourself a favor and stop looking for the do-it-all programs and tools, because they won’t work for you. The most excellent tools, and frankly the only ones that work, are training programs and courses that will give you a basic comprehension of how to effectively market. You have to learn the principles of lead generation because these will be the only leads actually enthusiastic about you and your brand.
