There are two tests to help you know whether a person is a bully or not. Ask yourself how you feel after having a conversation with this person. Do you feel humiliated, oppressed, derogated or de-energized by the person? The second test is to identify if the individual is verbally abusive to people with less power. If your answer to both the qustions is in the affirmative then you surely have identified a bully who might pose to be a problem for you. There are some basic work place etiquettes that people have forgotten these days. They have forgotten that they need to respect their colleagues.
