Step-By-Step Jelqing Exercise

The penis jelqing method is highly widespread with enthusiasts who dream of enlarging their penises. Jelqing is done by making blood flow to the penis through manual force to increase the volume of blood chambers in your penis. When executed persistently and frequently over a prolonged period, the method will permanently expand the blood chambers in your penis to consequently result in lasting gains in the girth and length of the penis.
Following is a jelq exercise routine that many men have enjoyed great outcome with.
1) Drench a towel in hot (but not scalding) water, squeeze out the excess, wrap it around your penis then hold for 2 minutes. Repeat 3 times or more. This will enhance blood circulation in your penis to reduce the chances of damage during the jelqing exercise later.
2) Before doing this penis exercise, ensure that you do not have a full erection. If it is, you face the danger of damaging your penis, by causing a vein to erupt for example.
3) Add more than a few Vaseline drops to your penis and smear it over it entirely. Do not use shampoo or soap as lubricating agents as an alternative to vaseline – else you would wind up with an aching penis.
4) Make a strong circle around your penis base with your thumb and index finger and then rub entirely in an upward motion towards the head of the penis. Do the same with your other hand. Repeat again and again with one hand after the other. Make every stroke last around two seconds.
5) If ever your penis becomes erect, discontinue the jelqs and spank your penis on your thigh to discourage it from a full erection. You may continue the penis jelqing after the erection ends.
6) In the initial week, perform at least 200-300 jelqs a day applying medium intensity. For the 2nd week, do at least 300-500 jelqs a day using full force. Beyond the 2nd week, work up to 500 or more penis jelqs a day for as often as you can with no feelings of discomfort.
One piece of advice: be on continuous lookout for any sense of discomfort or other signs of complications during this exercise. Hints of complications may consist of bruises, pain, and blisters. At the initial indications of problems, discontinue the penis jelqs instantly, enforce a 1-2 day break and don’t restart the exercise until the discomfort fades. Even without experiencing discomfort, you must take days off from regular penis jelqs, for instance 1-2 days off following 5 days of these jelqs. By sticking to the jelqing above without fail, you can probably attain perceptible increases in the size of your penis within months or weeks.
