Sofa beds can also fit in with the other furniture in the room. Manufactures now offer matching love seats and armchairs that coordinate with the sofa bed.

Sofa beds were once considered a luxury because the added functionality came at added cost. Now, sofa beds are available at a range of price points dependent on the components used and complexity of the sofa bed. Simple versions with little more than foam are inexpensive while more artfully crafted ones made with beautiful woods and high end fabrics cost significantly more. This range of choices is but another way that sofa beds of today have evolved.
