Sleep Apnea can be marked by a number of symptoms

Hypersomnia- feeling tired during days
Snoring- making roaring sounds while sleeping
Morning headaches
Breathing cessation- sudden wake up while sleeping
Dry mouth
Insomnia- a condition when you can not fall asleep or stay asleep.

Treatment of Sleep Apnea is must and should be cured immediately after being noticed. One major cause of Sleep Apnea is over weight. So you should try to loose weight that may help you with proper breathing and curing this disorder.

Try to prevent your nasal congestion. Keeping your nasals clean could be the best option for that. If you have nasal congestion the air you breathe is congested in the esophagus.
