The bars are made from non-GMO soy crisps made from tapioca starch and soy protein and mixed with organic brown rice syrup, organic agave nectar and canola oil. All the ingredients used are natural and as the website notes, "have pronounceable ingredients." The texture is a similar to eating a Rice Krispie treat without the heavy marshmallow. .
