Some of the pre projection symptoms include vibrations surging across your body, a strange buzzing sound, an increase in heart rate and feelings that your body is suddenly a lot lighter. These symptoms are very common and perfectly natural, it is simple your astral body preparing to leave your physical body. If you experience these symptoms you need to try and relax and not turn your attention to them as they can distract you and stop you from projecting successfully.
If you find that your conscious mind is racing and random thoughts pop into your head you must do your best to bring your attention back to your breathing and the feelings you are experience. Try not to let your mind overtake the progress you have made in your session. With some practice you will be quickly able to recognise how close you are getting to astrally projecting successfully.
Once you are experience some astral projection symptoms you must now let your body leave your physical body. An easy technique you should try is one that all beginners usually attempt when starting out, even though it's extremely simple it is amazingly effective.
Let the symptoms subside, you may experience extreme sensations such as vibrations and buzzing all through your body, it's important to let these feelings drop in intensity. When they do simple visualise a rope coming down from the roof, do not open your eyes, simple visualise it with your mind and make it appear. Imagine your arms reaching out and grabbing onto the rope, once you have a hold of it, focus on pulling yourself up the rope with your mind. This technique works wonders, good luck,you can do it!
