Besides proper skiwear, your child, of course, needs a ski. There are skis that are shaped specifically for children, so get one of those. The length of the ski is also crucial, but besides your child's height, when getting the right ski length, you should also take into consideration his or her weight and his or her aggressiveness and ability.
