Read More About Books

Books make great Christmas presents and I would like to recommend two for your contemplation. These are novels written by me and are offered on Amazon or can be ordered from your favorite book stores. Either can be purchased on their dot com websites. The two novels are Smoke and Murders, the book of a real crime that took place in Vinton, Virginia in 1994. An entire family was murdered and their dwelling set on fire. The second novel, Three Trailers Down, is the sequel and does a wind-up of some of the individuals you encountered in Smoke and Murders. Both novels have five star reviews from reviewers in the US and Canada. The soft cover books sell for $12.95 and $19.95 respectively. I feel anyone that likes tales about murders will find both will keep your attention from page one until the finishing closing word.

The actual crime that generated these two tales can be found on the Internet at allamosa.com and that place has all the participators and genuine court papers about the trial. It is my conviction that the man executed, actually murdered, for the murders was not the person to blame for the family's death. You can see the confirmation and make up your own mind about it.

There are anomalies such as the street lights being unlike where one of the witnesses said the truck passed her. She said it was a red truck, the man accused had a white truck. There were no witnesses to the murders, no confession from the accused, no DNA evidence produced by the prosecution, no motive by the accused and no murder weapon.
Only lies from the prosecutor, who is now a judge, and perjury from the police sealed this man's destiny.

The lawyers selected by the judge that heard the case were the least adept and experienced found in the area. Both were afraid of jury trials and were famous mostly from losing easily won cases. The judge let the prosecution bring up anything regardless of its relevance and the "defense" lawyers did not make an objection. It was a plan under color of the court and authority to execute an innocent man. It succeeded far greater than anyone's expectations, the Commonwealth of Virginia killed the condemned in just over five years. How many capital trials do you hear that the person is killed in five years? The Washington sniper was on death row more time than this individual.

My concern in this trial is justice, I do not know the man accused and executed and never met him. We corresponded via US postal mail by hundreds of letters and even several telephone calls.
If this can happen to anyone it can happen to you or me. Please assist me find justice in this case and expose the people that carried out this terrible miscarriage of justice.
