In this article I'll lay out step-by-step instructions on how you can perform an entire penis enlargement physical exercise routine that consists of both jelqing & stretching.

I was able to use a combination of effective penis workout routines and a good penis extender device to increase my penis length by .75" (length when erect) in the course of a 6 month period. Warm-up Exercise

Before doing the following penis workouts, be certain to go through a warm-up first.

To warm-up, soak a towel in hot but not scalding water, wring it out, and use it to wrap your penis. Leave it on for 2 minutes. Then repeat this procedure for three times or more.

By warming up, you're improving the blood circulation in your penis to effectively lower the risks of inflicting damage on your penis.

Penis Stretching

By stretching your penis past its maximum erect length by a tiny amount every time, the cells in your penile tissue tissue} will react to the force by multiplying. The additional cells will increase your penis size.

The stretching exercise below will serve to increase the length of the penis as opposed to the girth. Here are the step-by-step instructions:

1)Begin with your penis in the flaccid state. Grip firmly the head of your penis. Do not grip so firm that you are stopping blood from circulating.

2)Carefully and slowly stretch your penis straight out at 90 degree angle away from your body. Stretch as far as it will go without experiencing any discomfort or pain. Keep the penis stretched for five minutes. At the end of every minute, attempt to stretch your penis out by just a little bit more if possible - again, without causing any pain or discomfort.

3)Release your penis, and rest for a minute.

4)Whip your penis around in circles for 30 or more times to get circulation going again.

5)Repeat steps 2 through 4, but instead of stretching your penis straight out at 90 degrees from your body, repeat once for each of these positions: with the penis pointing downwards, upwards, to the left, and then to the right.

6)Lastly, stretch out your penis straight at 90 degree angle away from your body again for one minute. Then give your penis ten gentle pulls in the same direction.

Penis Jelqing

Jelqing is performed by forcing blood into your penis such that the blood chambers in the penis will deform permanently to increase penis size.

Warning: Do not jelq a penis in its fully erect state. Here's what you do:

1)Put a few drops of Vaseline on your penis and spread it over your entire penis.

2)Make a circle with your thumb and index finger around the root of your penis. Then, squeeze and slide upwards until you reach the penis head to force blood to the tip of the penis. This is one jelq. As soon as your hand reaches the head, start with your other hand at the base and repeat the motion. Keep alternating hands, making each stroke last about 2 seconds.

3)To break-in your penis initially, execute 200-300 jelqs every day with moderate strength for the 1st week, then 300-500 jelqs a day at moderate to complete strength in the 2nd week. From the third week onwards, you can do 500 jelqs or more a day.

If you get an erection while you're jelqing, you are able to either a)wait for it to go away naturally or b)jelq harder to reduce the erection.

At signs of any pain, cease jelqing immediately and do not resume jelqing until the signs have disappeared.

Warming Down

As the last step in the routine, execute the hot towel wrap once more to get blood circulation going again in your penis.

Please Note

Don't go overboard with the exercises described above. If you do, you risk inflicting injury on your penis.

The routine above will certainly make your penis bigger, but by a small amount at a time. However, these tiny amounts will add up to significant gains in time if you keep up the good work.
