Penis Enlargement Exercises - Manual Penis Exercises For Beginners

In this post I'll lay out step-by-step guidelines on how you can perform an entire penis enlargement workout routine that comprises of both jelqing & stretching.

I was able to use a combination of effective penis workouts and a good penis extender device to increase my penis length by .75" (length when erect) in the course of a 6 month period. Using penis exercises and a good penis extender device, I managed to lengthen my penis by .75" (erect length) during a 6 month period.

Warm-up Exercise

Before performing the following penis workout routines, make sure to go through a warm-up first.

To warm-up, soak a towel in hot but not scalding water, wring out the towel, and wrap it around your penis. Hold it for 2 minutes. Then repeat this exercise for three times or more.

By going through warm-up, the blood in your penis will circulate better to effectively minimize risks of damaging your penis.

Penis Stretching

By stretching your penis past its longest erect length by a tiny bit every time, the cells in your penis tissue tissue} will react to this outside force by multiplying. The extra cells will make your penis bigger.

The stretching exercise below will increase your penis' length but will do little for the girth. Below are the instructions:

1)Begin with your penis in the flaccid state. Grip firmly your penis' head. don't grip so hard that you're cutting off blood circulation.

2)Slowly and carefully stretch your penis straight out at 90 degrees away from your body. Stretch to the penis' maximum length without your feeling any pain or discomfort. Keep it stretched for 5 minutes. At the end of every minute, attempt to pull your penis out by a little bit more if you can - again, without causing any discomfort and pain.

3)Let go of your penis, and rest for a minute.

4)Whip your penis in a circular motion for 30 times to get blood circulating again.

5)Repeat steps 2 through 4, but instead of stretching out your penis straight at 90 degrees away from your body, repeat once for each of these positions: with the penis pointing downwards, upwards, to the left, and finally to the right.

6)Lastly, stretch out your penis straight at 90 degrees from your body again for one minute. Then give your penis ten gentle pulls in the same direction.

Penis Jelqing

Penis Jelqing is performed by forcing blood into your penis so that the blood chambers in the penis will deform permanently to make the penis larger.

Warning: Never jelq a penis when it's fully erect. This is how jelqing can be done:

1)Put a few drops of Vaseline on your penis and spread it all over your penis.

2)Make a ring with your thumb and index finger around the base of your penis. Then, squeeze and slide upwards until you reach the penis head to force blood to the tip of the penis. This is one jelq. When your hand reaches the head, start with your other hand at the base and repeat the motion. Keep alternating hands, making each stroke last about 2 seconds.

3)To break-in your penis at the beginning, do 200-300 jelqs every day with medium strength in the 1st week, then 300-500 jelqs every day at moderate to full strength in the 2nd week. From the 3rd week onwards, you'll be able to do 500 jelqs or more daily.

If your penis starts becoming erect during a jelqing session, you'll be able to either a)wait for it to go soft naturally or b)stroke harder to subdue the erection.

At signs of any discomfort, cease jelqing right away and do not resume jelqing until the signs have disappeared.

Warming Down

After exercising, perform the hot towel wrap once more to get blood circulation going again in your penis.

Warnings

Do not overdo the routine outlined above. If you do, you risk permanently damaging your penis.

The exercises above will certainly make your penis bigger, but by a little bit at a time. However, these small amounts will add up to considerable gains over time if you perform the routine regularly.
