So you need help with your Panic Disorder but you don’t know where to turn?

· 12,668 people per day suffer a Panic attack in the US alone.
My Secret
You need a good imagination and the ability to visualise. I already know you have this, seeing as you suffer from anxiety and panic attacks as most of this is intimated from the imagination and often heightened by the mind racing ahead.

You should have no problem with my technique.
Close your eyes and imagine you are a person who is watching yourself having a panic attack on a cinema screen or TV. Watch and see in detail the surroundings and the way you are acting hear all the sounds clearly.
Now, turn the picture black and white and change the sound so it sounds like its coming from next door.
Next, shrink the picture down until it is really small and difficult to see, and then move it to one of the corners of the screen. Still keeping it in black and white with virtually no sound.
You have completed half the process. You now know the fundamental super secret that stopped my 10 year battle with panic disorder.
Warning:
Please use this information to your advantage. It will work, but it isn’t easy. Do this once every day for 2 weeks.
Nothing in life worth doing is ever easy.
