What are Panic attacks?

Anxiety or panic attacks are a disquieting and puzzling mental state. It could attack anyone without being noticed. It actually hurts w/out producing any obvious pain. Panic attacks can be described as an overpowering state of mind that arises from anxiety, fear, stress, doubts, nervousness etc. It is essential to note that anxiety or panic attacks aren't a disease in itself. It's an annoying situation that may lead to a few complications and illnesses.
