Most of the infertility problems mentioned above can be cured by scheduled drugs and systematic treatment except ageing and chronic diseases, but it is important to remember that this treatments have side effects and are expensive.

After them other treatments may be required to cure the side effects of the first. There are other treatments like IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) and ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection), this are more successful compared to the other infertility treatments. This technique consist in fertilize the egg cells outside the womb by the sperm and then transfer the cells inside the womb again.

This technique requires an ovulation progression that is controlled by hormones. Once the egg cells are taken outside the ovary are put in a medium fluid with sperm cells and is where the fertilization occurs. This process involves excavation of the eggs from the ovary, fertilizing them in vitro and put them back in the uterus.

In the natural conception occurs a selection to pick the healthiest sperm cell that will fertilize the egg but in the artificial process, is the embryologist who takes this decision. If the chosen sperm cell or egg are not healthy, the new baby could develop any disease or problem during pregnancy and even later in life.

There are others alternatives with a holistic approach, this are becoming popular specially on the infertility problems area. That's because this techniques have less or no side effects at all.

Methods like the acupuncture, as an example, especially ear acupuncture has been found very effective against cases of female infertility caused by some kind of ovary diseases. This technic stimulates the brain to free hormones in the blood stream that act as messengers for the ovary improving the ovulation. According to the investigation trials, those women who received acupuncture treatment about 30 times for 3 months showed good results. Those women who received hormonal therapy obtained result but along with it suffered from side effects.

For the alternative treatments, diet and lifestyle are very important. The usual consumption of things like coffee, chocolate, cocoa which contain caffeine and black tea and colored soft drinks which has harmful effects on conception is discouraged. Some studies have shown that two cups of coffee are capable to diminish a woman´s capacity for conception. Coffee is strictly prohibited for women suffering from infertility.

Some foods contaminated with PCB or Polychlorinated Biphenyls like fish for example are believed to cause substantial reduction in the fertility of a woman. Studies found that, women who had eaten fish contaminated with PCBs (From Lake Ontario), reduced her fecundity within a month.

Chinese medicines treatments have obtained the best results against infertility, along with acupuncture and of course, the holistic approach. The holistic approach delivers spiritual, physical, and emotional treatment, rather than only focus on the organs. On the other hand, the conventional treatments for infertility sometimes fails to successfully detect and remove the real causes and moreover, causes side effects.

The holistic approach guides through natural remedies and a way of life that can really solve the problem with no side effects
