I don't know about you, but I normally spray myself with body splashes and perfumes. But what I found out is that there are chemicals in these that can irritate your eczema. So do not do that and try to use only lotions that are medicated. Most of the times these will not be scented but they are less aggressive on your skin.

Tip #4 - Drink a lot of Water Daily

Drinking a lot of water helps to prevent your skin from drying out . Doctors recommend that you should drink at least 8-10 glasses of water per day as it will help to keep you healthier overall. To be honest, I couldn't drink that much water everyday but once I started drinking more water than I usually do I found that my skin started to look better.

The above four tips should help you if you need help with eczema . These are tips that are proven to work so all you need to do is to adhere to them .
