This year's NBA Finals gambling probabilities competition is like Back to the Future for long time NBA gambling probabilities buffs. Additionally, do not forget that the lakers also looked like the better team on paper when these teams met up in the basketball gambling finals two years ago, and boston shut them down as Paul Peirce put the clamps on Bryant.

The NBA Finals will be very popular since these two franchises at the best in NBA history. While the lakers have won 15 titles, Boston have won 17. 2 years ago boston had the home court edge but this time it is Los Angeles who has the edge. The Lakers could also have the edge in other areas as well. Kobe is the best player in the game and the lakers have a tougher team than they had two years ago. Andrew Bynum didn't play at all two years ago and Ron Artest was not with the lakers. They should supply the physical presence that Los Angeles requires.

This will be the 12th time in NBA history that boston and Lakers have met in the NBA Finals. Boston won the first eight of those meetings, the lakers won the next two and boston won two years ago.
