The Motorola RAZR-V3a is the newest and cheapest cell phone in the RAZR line of Motorola cell phones. The RAZR-V3a is available only on the CDMA network and therefore cannot be used outside of the United States and it also doesn't support the 3G network so web browsing and downloading will be painstakingly slow.

It is small and lightweight at only 99 grams and packs a mean battery with a talk time of 3.6 straight hours. It has a small screen, only a 176x120 pixel resolution 65k color display. And with a 0.3 megapixel camera that zooms up to 4x, it doesn't add much punch to your photos and captures only grainy video.

It has Bluetooth capabilities and a miniUSB port but no expandable memory. The phonebook has a capacity of 500 names with multiple numbers per entry.

As with other Motorola phones, it also has voice commands, voice dialing and a speakerphone. And it utilizes the GPS navigation support so that you can avoid getting lost.

But don't expect too much and get disappointed because it doesn't offer much. You're better off getting another phone altogether if you want to maximize the use of your cell phone.
