When you are able to do this, then the body will set itself to become a fat burner. Automatically after a few days a metabolic change will take place and your body will burn that extra fat. Now, the fat that you consume gets burned first, and in this way you will lose that belly fat.

You also have to do exercise in order to lose belly fat. You don't have to do lots of cardio. Simple fat loss workouts are there which will help in reducing the extra pounds. Do not overdo cardio exercises since it will put the body in a condition where the body will break down the muscle tissue. So you need to select those exercises which will complement the diet which contains mainly fat burning food. There are many exercises, which will help you to reduce the extra flab.
