The Beeches Day Nursery was opened in September 2000 to offer flexible quality day nurseries that is affordable and accessible to working parents and moms who are undertaking further learning and training.

The day nursery is registered for 36 kids aged 0-5 years. We are a small, caring nursery school, which prides ourselves on our close links with the kids and their families.
Beeches Day Nursery is part of the Neighborhood Nursery Initiative and has achieved status as an Investor in People.

The day nursery is based within a new building, and is all on one level providing high-quality access for pushchairs and wheelchairs. We have a protected, private and enclosed garden and play area, there is a spacious off road car park and the day nursery is easily access by bus and other road links.

The nursery is split in to two main areas. The under 2’s and pre-school areas along with ancillary rooms including children’s bathroom, nappy change, kitchen, office and reception area.

The nurseries main philosophy is to supply an atmosphere that is protected, caring and stimulating, enabling us to learn and grow as unique individuals. Recognise that everyone is an individual with individual needs and aspirations.
To value the contributions of everyone, and understand that we all have the right to care, respect and consideration without ridicule. We also actively break down the barriers and misconceptions that are abundant in society enabling people to appreciate the contributions that we can all make to enhance ourselves and our environment.

The Beeches Day Nursery recognises the importance of a positive and professional relationship between parents and the staff. Our staff recognises their contribution as partners in their kids's care and well being. Our Kids’s achievements and move forward are discussed on a regular basis and at annual moms’ evenings. Regular newsletters keep moms informed of changes and events within the nursery school.

The Beeches Day Nursery school focuses developing children’s physical skills through a variety of opportunities throughout the day. Access to the outdoor play area, the use of physical play equipment and enthusiastic participation in outdoor group games support kids’s coordination and spatial awareness.

Children adopt secure and responsible practices through visits from a community police officer and regular input from staff, for instance, on road safety and any possible dangers in their everyday life.
