Welcome to Kare Babies Day Nursery. We present full and part time care for children from birth to five years of age. We are fully commited to providing a safe, neat, stimulating and caring situation with lots of emphasis on excitement!

Security is of principal importance at Kare Babies. Our CCTV and fingerprinting & password systems for staff and parents mean your baby's security is assured. For your wellbeing during pick-up/drop-off, there is a private parking area. We also have a pushchair storage facility for your benefit.

Working under the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework, we encourage young children to build upon their own progress through a extensive selection of play-based, educational activities, including special visits to places of educational interest, such as the Brimingham Sea-life Centre or West Midlands Safari Park.

Also critical to our educational programme is the promotion of equal opportunities issues. We endeavour to instill multicultural insight to the kids as part of their social integration.

"Children make progress confidence and self-esteem as adults praise them for their efforts and acknowledge their achievements. There is also a practice being developed through the use of stickers and acknowledgement on behaviour charts. This is used to recognise a range of positive behaviours such as achievements during group times, displaying kindness to other children or presenting first-class and helpful behaviour" Ofsted Report 2008

"Employees and parents share verbal information every day and all parents are provided with a written daily record detailing, routine care and the behavior kids have experienced all through the day. The provision strives to build relationship with parents and has held a meeting with them to discuss the setting, gain feedback and gather information about parent’s expectations." Ofsted Report 2008

"All children benefit from spending time outdoors. The garden is perfectly equipped and offers the children a wide variety of play experiences. Childs have access to a sectioned off area of the garden. During fine weather they are able to engage in sensory play experiences using materials such as sand, water and paint. Tweenies and pre-school children also enjoy these sensory experiences outdoors. In addition they generate use of a range of play equipment that offers them the chance to develop their skills in pedalling, pushing and pulling wheeled toys and climbing on low level apparatus." Ofsted Report 2008

The fees include breakfast, full cooked lunch, snacks, and fruit offered five times a day.
Breakfast is served from 8am-9.30am; this varies from wholemeal and white toast, selection of cereals with whole milk and juice.
Lunch is served from 11.45am - 12.30pm; this will be freshly cooked well balanced nutritious meals. We cater for all dietary needs and work from a four weekly rotated menu. Our children are encouraged to taste different types of fresh fruit and vegetable so to stimulate their taste buds.
