"Life is unfair" -- I have yet to locate an individual that will argue that. We strive all our lives to become content and ultimately we all pass away. This is supremely unfair! Whomever that proclaimed Life's a bitch and then you die! sure hit that particular nail dead on the head. Most people appear to keep to the same random journey of unhappiness in life.

For nearly everybody, every day life is just one never-ending series of grim difficulties. You strive to achieve a little something, and then the universe conspires against you, sending your plans and dreams and hard work into a violent pile of despair and doubt. If this crisis gets resolved, another much more serious one develops that causes all the rest to appear trivial in contrast! It is just one thing after another.

Have you been nodding your head?

You aren't alone. We each have to live in the present yet most people fear for the future. All through life, we stress over money for our retirement, a lasting home over our heads, meals for the future and money ro raise our kids. It's a never-ending competition to arive at a thing that maybe won't even end up being there for us! Consider this. Is there ever any assurance that you'll live to retirement? We all take it for granted that slaving at this time will permit us to relish our money later on. Yet what is the guarantee that you will live to enjoy it? We simply don't have any alternative approach to live our lives. Correct?

Stop nodding your head now.

At one time, I met an individual that was really content at all times. She wasn't wealthy¦ quite the opposite actually. She lived in a leased dwelling and her family of five lived on her husband's salary that was paltry. Yet SHE WAS HAPPY! How can that be possible? I used an entire week wondering about it before I worked up enough courage to ask her about it. The response stumped me!

She said, I have a spouse that adores me, family who're fantastic and help in any way possible, a place to live and also a happy family! Just what extra should I desire?

What more could she want??!?!

Was she daft? Did she not have eyes? Merely open your eyes and you are going to see absolutely no absence of what more can you want. Precisely how could she not need what almost everyone might simply see that she didn't possess? What was the big difference between her and myself? The solution, when it at long last came, was jarring to my senses and to my sensibilities Exactly what she had was a basic delight in the present and what she had right then.

I recognized that it's this that all of us really want and struggle for. Happiness and enjoyment. But in our own burned out way of life, we think we're building happiness and enjoyment in the hypothetical future we're trying to produce. You want to be satisfied however we believe that toiling murderously now for economic safety, educationally and psychologically safe families plus a secure house could build enjoyment for us later. But that may be not true and deep down you and I must be aware of it. If you aren't able to find that pleasure and happiness now then you won't get it later either.

Be Happy...everything else will come.

It's not simple to shoot for the present and also enjoy it wholly… I realize that I think it is challenging as well. Find enjoyment in your spouse, your family and that which possess at this time. Make an effort to ease up, and take care of yourself. Take a day off from your job; the planet won't fall apart if you don't go to the job for a day. Walk around and watch and savor it. You already have what it requires to make you happy. You simply haven't noticed it yet.

PS, If you have difficulty experiencing the happiness that she has, the fulfillment that's your own birthright to experience every single day of your life, you should consider signing up for a self-help program.
