You will find yourself working when the others have gone to bed. Similarly, when you are having a leisure time, your friends are at the office. So you hardly get any time to hang out with your friends. Moreover, working as a call center executive means you take tons of calls at office. You will hate the fact of calling someone after you leave your workstation.

There are the upsides of life at the call center as well. You work in a challenging environment with colleagues who are dedicated and focused. There is positive peer pressure. You get to learn marketing skills that will be with you all your life. You learn to handle phone calls while working in the contact center. Life at the BPO will teach you a lot about professionalism and take you through the steps to make you an efficient and effective salesperson. You will learn the ropes of dealing with customers, even when they are in an animated state. Work at the business process outsourcing center is done in a challenging manner. You have to have it in you to fight it out and perform. Contrary to popular myth, working at a call center is not walking in anytime of the hour and walking out with a fat pay check.
