Here, we must rethink our priorities and put our own health and the health of our children first. Children who lead healthy lives will likely have leaner bodies, stronger bones and muscles, improved coordination, better posture, and fewer health complications as adults. In addition to the physical benefits, those children concentrate better in school, have increased self-esteem, are less likely to suffer from anxiety or depression, and have a better overall outlook on life.

Its one of the best thing you could give to your child, it as lots of advantages a good things in it. May be he would one day turn around as a good musician. And it would also help him in studies. It is said that a child who learns music normally performs well in his studies. Music also helps him improve his creativity & imagination. Increase your child's self-confidence and satisfaction by encouraging him and offering gifts. Telling children they are doing a good job is one of the best ways to keep them active. Be careful not to use sitting activities such as computer time as a reward.

Children imitate adult behavior. Children whose parents watch excessive television are likely to do the same. So, you act as an example to him. So, he learns a lot from your life without you directly teaching him. So, start today by making your child to find a variety of activities that are a good fit for his personality, ability, age and interests. Then give your child as much experience as possible to be active.
