Join {NOW} The World Peace Political Party!

As spoken by the actor Harrison Ford playing the role of the President of the United States in the movie “Air Force One”: "Real Peace Is Not Just The Absence Of Violence, It Is The Presence Of Justice!".

And what exactly is “Justice”? According to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Justice : “Justice is the concept of moral rightness based on ethics, rationality, law, natural law, fairness and equity. A conception of justice is one of the key features of society”.

So how is “Society” defined? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Social_organisation states: “[Society,] Social organization, or social institution, refers to a group of social positions, connected by social relations, performing a social role. It can also be defined in a narrower sense as any institution in a society that works to socialize the groups or people in it. Common examples include education, governments, families, economic systems, religions, and any people or groups that you have social interaction”.

What then is "Justice" when considering World Affairs? Justice and peace within a society or nation is created by a system of laws, law enforcement, and judicial review. World Peace {or “Peace On Earth”} can only be obtainable once there are World Laws against war and terrorism and enforcement of those laws. Currently there are no World Laws nor any means of enforcing these non-existent world laws against war and terriorism! There are only violent acts to counter act the violence acts of a group or nation. And how is this world government going to come about when there are so many nations and groups continually acting with violence?

If we go back in history to the League of Nations, we will find it was created after World War I in 1919. According to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/League_of_Nations “The League's goals included disarmament, preventing war through collective security, settling disputes between countries through negotiation, diplomacy and improving global quality of life”.

Then look at the stated reason why the League of Nations failed http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/League_of_Nations : “The League lacked its own armed force and so depended on the Great Powers to enforce its resolutions, keep the economic sanctions which the League ordered, or provide an army, when needed, for the League to use”.

Now if we look at the history and purpose of The United Nations: “created shortly after World War II once it was realized that the recently used atomic weapons could be used in vast quantities and if so used could destroy all life on earth”.

Isn’t the purpose and structure of the United Nations and the League of Nations nearly identical? And so is the reason why the United Nations is failing to create World Peace: “The United Nations lacks its own potent armed force and depends on the Great Powers to enforce its resolutions and economic sanctions which the United Nations Security Council orders (but only if there are no vetoes)!”.

The platform of the World Peace Political Party is to create a new United Free Nations Organization (UFNO.org). This proposed organization will differ from the current United Nations Organization in that the Free Nations of the world will unite to make World Laws against war and terrorism and be provided with a potent armed police force to enforce these World Laws. Of course the individual free nations will be allowed to keep standing armed police forces however those forces will not be allowed to enforce World Laws outside of their own nation. The major part of their existing armies will be combined into the UFNO Police Force!

How do you join the World Peace Political Party? You formally join a political party by registering to vote using that political parties name on a voter registration form. And when enough people politically join together for world peace, we can make it happen!
