Ischaemic Heart Disease can also lead to heart failure gradually over time. Heavy coughing, shortness of breath with after resting or while doing physical activities, tiredness, loss of appetite, irregular pulse, inflammation of the ankles and feet are all signs that a heart failure may be impending.

There are certain particular habits that makes it easier of you getting heart diseases. Persons who have particularly bad eating habits and suffer from being overweight automatically increase their odds of being affected by these heart disease. These situations cause high cholesterol levels that make the heart work excessively to sustain the body and so leads to various heart diseases.

Individuals experiencing situation should practice healthy eating habits and working out for at least three times weekly and maintain your body mass. These habits can greatly reduce stress levels, massages the muscles and keeps the body in balance. Individuals that suffer from poor sleep, and don’t work out are more prone to feel highly stressed. So Persons should take time to research their medical history and visit their doctor when needed to test the condition of their blood pressure and cholesterol levels. They should also be very observant of what they eat. Individuals may require medications to regulate these conditions. In severe cases of Ischaemic heart Disease, surgical procedure may also be needed to treat ischaemic disease but the best remedy is prevention by exercising healthy lifestyle habits.
