As societies have become more and more "westernized" we have seen a serious increase in the disease known to many as 'hemroids', or more accurately, 'hemorrhoids'. Thousands of unhappy people are now looking for a 'way out' of this harrowing situation. The modern man or woman has become sedentary...working long hours sitting down...and then does very little to offset
this with that wonderful pastime called 'walking'.

This is not what the body was designed to do. It is just something that has arisen from the need to have a job and earn an income.

The second huge culprit to becoming a sufferer of this lousy condition is modern fast food, or white flour based dietary habits.

There is a sad lack of 'live' green foods and an abundance of white rubbery breads and cakes as substitutes.

Such cheap and nasty items going into a fabulous machine like the human body is really an insult to its intelligence.

The body was designed to live forever, as is being validated by certain sciences, and yet it must necessarily have two functions working perfectly for this to happen.

You have to efficiently get rid of its wastes...not obvious to many people! My proof is widespread constipation.

Secondly, you have to give the body 'cell-food'...food that has the building blocks for new cells to be made that are
pristine and not degraded or less than the originals, which is one of the causes of growing old.

So, now we can get back to the title of this article and how to "fix hemroids or hemorrhoids" once we have been surprised and shocked by their presence in our lives.

They sure are nasty critters and can cause great worry and discomfort and pain. Many people even have the kind that
bleed and spurt blood into the toilet bowl as they 'try' to pass stools.

We are talking about swelled up blood vessels that have to find a place to go, so start protruding outside the rectum or anus and make the person mighty damned uncomfortable.

These blood vessels have often been irritated by constipation, as a person 'pushes' down on their rectal area in an effort to try and pass 'anything'!

It is also a very powerful force to downgrade one's self esteem. We dread anyone finding out that we have this 'yukky' and ugly disfigurement in our privates.

Is there something, anything...that can help us get some relief? Is there really something that can take the dreadful things away? Oh, that would be such a blessing!
